GLOBAL RESTAURANT CORPORATION

CBI is working with a well-known Global Restaurant Corporation to develop tailored negotiation training for its corporate leaders. In an environment where a majority of restaurants are franchised to owner-operators, the corporation seeks to negotiate effective and durable policy and operating agreements in the context of fierce market competition. Effective leadership strategies must focus on long-term relationships with thousands of different owner-operators, who are organized in several parallel groups. After interviewing senior leaders in the organization, CBI developed a tailored set of exercises and simulations that address the negotiation and consensus building challenges that those leaders face. The course will be delivered several times in 2005-2006 to selected leaders within the organization.
