When the American Cancer Society (ACS) needed a train-the-trainer solution for negotiation and leadership skills across the organization, CBI had the solution. In consultation with ACS, CBI designed and delivered a course to selected ACS staff, enabling them to teach the Mutual Gains Approach to colleagues across the organization. The course CBI designed was specially tailored for ACS and addressed issues that involved new fundraising approaches and partnerships at a senior level. The course materials provided by CBI included detailed teaching guidelines on how to present the course.
